Quality control
Every build passes the same 48 hours.
Most failures show up early: a marginal memory stick, a pump that rattles, a GPU that throttles once the case warms up. We find them on our bench so they never reach yours. The signed report ships in the box.

These are our reference specs. Every component can be swapped in the configurator. Prices include 21% VAT, Windows 11 Home, assembly, the 48-hour burn-in and a 3-year warranty.
Component prices move week to week. The prices shown are indicative; your written quote is fixed for 14 days.

About the workshop
A small Belgian workshop that builds one PC at a time.
Elite PC Builders started from a simple frustration: prebuilt gaming PCs that looked great in photos but shipped with cheap power supplies, loose cables and fans that screamed under load. We build the kind of machine we would want on our own desk, and we stay reachable after it is delivered.

Warranty
Three years, parts and labour.
EU law already gives you two years of legal guarantee. We add a third year and handle every claim ourselves, so you never deal with a manufacturer's RMA desk.

Common questions
How long does a build take?
Seven to ten working days after you approve the quote, including the 48-hour burn-in. Custom water-cooled builds take fifteen to twenty working days.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
Yes, anywhere in the EU. We ship insured in a double box with foam inserts. Inside Belgium we deliver and set up in person.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit when you approve the quote, the rest on delivery or collection. Bank transfer, Bancontact or card.
Can I reuse parts I already own?
Often, yes. We test them first and tell you honestly if one is holding the build back. Our warranty covers our labour and the parts we supply.
Do you upgrade existing PCs?
Yes. Book a check at the workshop and we will tell you which upgrade gives you the most for your money.
